At The Forms Beauty, we are committed to providing thoughtfully curated products that support your skincare and self-care journey. We want you to feel confident in every purchase and strive to ensure your experience reflects the quality and care behind our brand.

Because our products are personal care items, certain limitations apply to returns and exchanges.

Returns

Due to the nature of skincare, haircare, and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

We gladly accept returns on unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Product must be unopened and unused

• Product must be in its original packaging

• Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

• Proof of purchase is required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• A replacement product

• Store credit

• A refund, when appropriate

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow:

• 5–10 business days for processing

• Additional time depending on your financial institution

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different product, please place a new order after your return request has been processed and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened products

• Used products

• Products with broken safety seals

• Gift cards

• Promotional or complimentary items

• Clearance or final sale items

Allergies and Sensitivities

We encourage customers to carefully review ingredient lists before purchasing.

Individual skin reactions may vary. While our products are formulated with thoughtfully selected ingredients, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every skin type or condition.

For this reason, products that have been opened and used are not eligible for return solely due to personal preference or individual sensitivity.

If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was shipped

• The product arrived damaged

• The product is defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
